As if they are speaking another language.
I don’t know if I’m just stupid but I often have to re listen to episodes because the language they use is so esoteric and nuanced. Using such speech I believe, puts their content out of reach for for the lay person. I have gleaned some helpful insights from the Allender center podcast, but it all goes out the window when I hear the Lords name used in vain. Which by itself should be a red flag for anyone, I am disappointed in myself for not pulling the plug sooner.

A fabulous podcast indeed!! Diane named the trauma around food, body, and weight stigma brilliantly!! Please have more of these. The trauma of weight stigma is insidious and pervasive, and needs to be named more often.
