“Alternatives/private equity were a bit of a black box for me. Brad and Grayson do a great job of making each episode a concrete, useful lesson in the area. Specifically SBA loans, BizBuySell, self directed IRAs, and covered land plays are things I could see myself pursuing/using in the future. But more generally they've made private equity and real estate investment seem more realistic/approachable and have given me more context to understand what people mean when they talk about alternatives/private equity.”Read full review »
