In this episode I speak with Former Exeter Chiefs & England International Rugby Player Tom Johnson on his experience with mental health following years of bullying during his time in school. Tom explains how being bullied shaped his training habits and was the inspiration behind his new company Plus-ED, Plus-ed is currently developing a wellbeing service for schools called Plus. Plus is a positive wellbeing approach designed to engage and educate students on the importance of mental & physical health and provide teachers and schools with live data to optimise their invaluable time and expertise in developing our future generations.
