Weight means many more things. Measuring your weight and body fat are two important measurements that are readily available and easy to start with. Did you know that when you are losing weight, it could be from losing muscle mass? It could also be from bone because we are getting older or protein. Every time you step on a scale we can relate that number to something that fluctuates instead of the cultural definition of "beauty".  There’s a DNA and social component to weight, that’s why we shouldn’t look at weight and compare ourselves to others. We play with the numbers for ourselves to discover our own efficiency and optimization.  Diet and what we eat play a key role in our biohacking journey. Today we bring to you two concepts that we should be familiar with: Intermittent Fasting and Calorie Restriction.
