“The Pickup Podcast is one of those Life Changing encounters we all would like to experience more often. This Podcast covers and discusses the techniques, theories, and general psychology of Attracting Women. Most of have been pretty lousy with women. We want more dates, more relationships, more sex, and well… Just more fun. This podcast is an eye opener in this regard because it actually gives you solid (and sometimes counterintuitive) advice on all aspects of picking up or hitting on woman from approach to relationship management. AJ and Jordon (The two Hosts) are members of a community of Pickup Artists. The community itself has been going strong since early to middle 90’s. They cover the basics principles about what is needed to create a great interaction (great body lang., Storytelling, Banter, A clean look (fashion wise).) as well as in-depth techniques to getting better quality/quantity of dates. The guys also going over simple fashion tips every episode to help us guys know what really attracts women (like how important being well groomed is and what a great quality denim jeans does for your attraction). They also try to answer as many listener questions as possible to help everyone improve their game. AJ and Jordon are also really fun to listen to. They keep the mood light and ask lots of questions to the people they are interviewing to get the most of the time on the podcast. After listening to 25 or so podcasts, I can say that they themselves have progressed a lot in their own “game.” They also review Workshops and products released by experts within the dating/pickup community and give their honest opinions about the programs. For example, the Famous Mystery Method popularized by Mystery from the book, ‘The Game’ was reviewed as being a good workshop but too demeaning in their teaching style and the application of the material can also attraction only certain type of women (maybe more shallow? and in insecure?). Finally, by interviewing all these experts, we actually get good discounts on a lot of the products aim directly at helping everyone improve their skills at attractive women and keeping ourselves satisfied in quality relationships. Here are some of the Techniques and Concepts the guys cover: How do you start an interaction with someone new? How to convey the right body language to express confidence, sexuality, and non-neediness? What simple steps we can all take to look a lot better and why naturally good looks doesn’t matter in attracting new women into your life. When go to for the First Kiss… Sure fire ways to get the number and to get a date that doesn’t flake. The techniques can also be used to create a great first impression when doing business networking. I recently had a business colleague comment how expressive and confident I had become at talking to new people at a business networking even. Using body language and banter (Which the podcast devotes several shows on) really does make new interactions go off a lot easier and with less awkwardness than we all expect (Haven’t we all been in conversations where we didn’t know what to say next, Leading to a dead silence…). Not only does all this material apply to making your dating life better but these techniques help create better social interactions with your friends, co-workers, boss, and family. I personally have gone to talks where I found a 19 year old college student who was struggling having a grandmother with dementia be able to use pickup techniques to connect more emotionally with her and make her feel more alive in the process.
