I didn’t notice that I am already listening to the current episode. I will have to look for another podcast to listen to while waiting for your next episode. 🥺 I really, really love your podcast I might have sepanx while waiting. Lol! I just wanted to say you are my fave and the best podcaster for me. I love how the way you talk. Yes! Monotonous maybe, but calm and it always gets my attention. I don’t think it’s bad because you are telling sich horrendous crimes and events. So it’s just natural to sound sad, versus sounding perky. I’ve listened to one podcast where they were narrating Junko’s torture while laughing!!!! I mean Why would you laugh? How could you laugh? I love how you do your research and narrate it as if you were the one who experienced it. Unlike others who are just plainly reading it. You also skipped narrating the gory acts but still keeping the story complete. Thank you for keeping me company on my graveyard shift! Sending love from the Philippines 🇵🇭

Jessica does an outstanding job researching her material. I can feel that she has a genuine interest in understanding the social and moral contrasts that come with different geographies and culture. Tom- Ate-Up:the podcast

Good production value, well-researched stories, solid narration... no reasons not to listen, which is always a plus. But this podcast provides an extra layer, because its emphasis on Asian crimes and its familiarity with cultures and pronunciations outside of North America gives an interesting...Read full review »
