Occasionally insightful but derailed by domineering attention-seeking host
A sometimes entertaining show which is too often derailed by the antics of the host, Kevin. At some point during the lifespan of the podcast, the decision was clearly made that meandering unfocused non-sequiturs, references to obscure need-culture and voice impersonations are more important to the overall presentation than actual ansight and analysis. There is always room for comedy in a podcast about wrestling but he presents it in such a way that often feels overbearing, distracting and obnoxious. It can feel as though the show is more about demonstrating the comedy stylings of its host at the expense of its stated mission to critique its subject
