B-B-b-b-b-b-b-burn of the week!
What happens when grown men in their thirties read and review a series of books whose target audience is female tweens? Speculation of apian society, material culture (doll theory), and straight up awesomeness. And the linguistic references are a gem for a language nerd like me. PLEASE don't stop with this podcast! I want to hear more from the Karen books, as these were my personal entree to the BSC. I found the podcast just a few days ago and am sad to have run out of episodes :( this absolutely makes me want to go back and (re)read them all (aside from #1, I never read a Kristy book. I hated her guts when I was reading these at age 9-12)Read full review »

this podcast is super enjoyable, quirky, and hilarious. best to start at the beginning, though.
