A long overdue deep dive into the genius of Ann M. Martin
As a BSC scholar and historian, I am relieved that there is finally a podcast that can shed some light on the obvious symbolism and religious allegory Martin has so cleverly hidden within the walls of the Stepford community of Stoneybrook. If I have any complaint, it's that Jack and Tanner have completely bypassed the obvious themes of life after death in exchange for bee theory(which of course, has strong literary merit). This is obviously a story of a group of individuals who have passed on to the next life and are held in this purgatory of Stoneybrook.Read full review »

I haven’t read a single Baby-Sitter’s Club book, but this is still my favorite podcast. Tanner and Jack are great company. You’ll wish you knew them in real life!
