Brilliant and subversive
I went to a fancy schmancy college where we had Freshman Seminar. In Freshman Seminar we tried to apply crap like semiotics and symbolism to great works like Paradise Lost. This is basically a pair of guys analyzing the brilliant BSC books like 18 year old girls analyzing Paradise Lost. They pull out the allusions and the metaphors. I don't believe syndedoche has come up yet but I am waiting with breath that is bated. I hate everything and love this. Bee theory is a thing. I do wish they discussed the clothes more. But that's my bias and we can unpack in seminar after lunch.Read full review »

This is amazing! Of course I read the books as a kid and to hear two grown men discuss the books is hilarious and entertaining! Genius idea

Jack and Tanner have a podcast now, and the way they talk, you'd think babysitters had just been invented. As an avid childhood BSC reader, this podcast is not only nostalgic, but insightful and downright hilarious. Listen to this! You won't regret becoming a part of the Baby Nation.Read full review »
