Love your podcast and your short ‘Cook Together’ recipes. With home cooking, just like your restaurant, you must know your tools. Air fryer, Insta Pot, electric kettle, slow cooker, so many time and energy saving devices to use and easily accessible.

I made this last night and it was awesome. Couldn’t find neck fillet, but made with leg fillet. The flavours were amazing. It was 5 stars from my family.
