My podcast is about practical beekeeping today. As a beekeeper I have 40 hives over 4 apiaries. All my colony increases are as a result of splits and supported by frames of capped brood from taken swarms. Varroa Resistant Queens are reared from colonies that also display strong over wintering, early build up …..so great personalities. All my apiaries are in a rural farm setting with woods, flower meadows, farm crops and several villages within foraging range for the Bees.
