Insightful and moving
I thought I knew the story of the Belgrano sinking, the diaries and the political fall out but this podcast is a brilliant and, for me, revelatory history of a very dirty episode. The interviews are excellent and the pacing and detail keep you gripped. Fundamentally the only two people to tell the truth had the full force of the state thrown at them. Meanwhile the moving last episode reminds us this was also about the deaths of hundreds of people - and the burden of the survivors. Highly recommend.
