A thorough and well-produced documentation of a meticulous investigation. I wasn’t sure how well this would translate to an aural medium, but they met that challenge quite well. Hard to say I enjoyed it because of the grim subject, but I appreciated the work that went into it

Hard to listen in some parts but that is not down to the podcast … thats down to the human depravity that exists in this world. Keep shining a light on these issues.

Brilliant investigative work by Bellingcat. From Litvinenko, incursions into the Donbas and Crimea, Salisbury, Syria and now the invasion of Ukraine. Putin’s Russia has been killing innocent people for years and all we’ve done is to expel diplomats.

I found this podcast mentioned on Reddit when reading about the war in Ukraine. Someone posted an opinion piece and video link and when questioned about the credibility, all they had to say was it’s “Bellingcat”. Amazing work you do.

Will we ever hear another Bellingcat podcast?

Unbelievably compelling. Work like this is increasingly crucial in an age of instant news; Headlines evaporate as soon as they materialize. We all have heard of Russian corruption, but having the evidence pieced together for you in excruciating detail really paints the whole the picture. Im...Read full review »

In a world where so much disinformation breeds mistrust and polarisation it gives me hope that there are individuals working together to not only uncover the real news stories across the world but lay bare the evidence for all to scrutinise. Came across this podcast having read a review of...Read full review »

Journalism reinvented as technology, cooperation, and global reach. Astonishing stories that expose systematic lying by governments. So necessary when so many governments believe that lying works (including our own). Essential listening, essential to support.

Outstanding investigative journalism exposing the people that participate in evil events carried out around the World.

I learned so much about the amazing work of Bellingcat from this podcast and was inspired by the amazing work of this group challenging the Russian state over MH17 and bringing murderers of women and children to account in Africa.

I enjoy listening to podcasts. It’s even better when I’ve learned something at the end of it. Thank you for bringing light to theses issues. The work of the Bellingcat team can’t received enough phrase.

This is what I prefer to hear. A deep dive into a case. Showcasing there evidence then trusting you to Confirm it if you wish. No gas lighting or ticks going on with this type of journalism. Please keep up the great work. I’ll be sure to support this fantastic work. Thank you!

At times harrowing but ultimately brilliant they dig deeply into the level of investigation that is sadly missing from most journalists and governments. Total dmiration for the level of work that goes into the investigations to produce such a polished result. Keep it up.

I am a grandfather. I have a grandchild about the same age as the murdered baby. Hopefully the murdered baby has received justice. Bellingcat is responsible for that justice

The ripped-from-the-headlines subject matter is riveting and addictive. This is an excellent example of investigative journalism that is so lacking in the “gotcha” journalism put out by the “mainstream media”. Many kudos to the producers and contributors.

Investigative journalism at its best. The opening episode is truly chilling. Draws you in to unspeakably inhumane acts and conjures up the scene as powerfully as any camerawork could do.
