Great concept, lacks polish
Love the idea of doing basically a running Game of the Year. The issue with this podcast (and most other video game podcasts) is that they go off topic too much and make jokes that aren't funny. Most gamers really enjoy chatting with their friends about games while cracking wise. The issue is that no one outside of your group of friends enjoys listening to you guys just ramble on about games while making stupid jokes. I'm hoping that as this podcast matures, it'll be able to be a bit more professional.Read full review »

It was funny once, but his repeated shtick gets old, tired, unfunny, and extremely annoying. It got to the point where I would have to fast forward through any time he spoke. My podcast life has not been the same since the Holy Triumvirate of the Joystiq Podcast A) changed their format, and B) left Joystiq. I am whole for the first time in more than a year. Praise Jeebus.

I really respect all the writers who host this podcast.
