Thank you for being like Elsa
My D-Day to my wife was two years ago and it’s been a long journey of hills and valleys and a lot of dragging my feet hoping for recovery but not really believing it was possible. After my last relapse, I’ve been listening to your podcast every day along with my other daily recovery activities. I brought this podcast to my wife and we listen to and discuss an episode each week. It has done amazing things to our marriage to have those open and honest conversations about these super important topics. I also recommend your podcast in almost every 12 step meeting I go to. Not only have you opened my eyes and my heart to dangerous patterns and paradigms that I’ve been blind to or ignoring for so long, but for the first time in my life I feel like I’m actually living in recovery and like Elsa I can let it go (that’s for you Coby). I have a lot of hope and even though I know this is a difficult battle to fight, it doesn’t have to be a dark and depressing battle. There is so much happiness and connection to be gained along the way. Thank you so much your time, heart, honesty and examples. It’s meant the world to me.

If Coby didn’t lead and dominate so much and Ashlynn had more of a voice. Especially when talking about acceptance. It would have helped to hear more of Ashlynn’s process. As a Betrayed, I am interested in Coby’s story but it definitely takes over a lot of these podcasts. Great for Coby, a little...Read full review »

I love that you guys encourage such a sense of teamwork and interdependence rather than division! It’s easy to retreat and get stuck there, never to regroup or re-engage. But the hard work is where the magic happens. Thank you for your perspectives and honesty! So empowering!
