Life Changer
I’m listening to this podcast for the second time! Wow. The information and experiences it shares has been invaluable to me in my personal and home and family life. I gave it to my husband to listen to as well, can’t wait for him to listen to even one episode so we can talk about it. It shows how to live a shame-free life and how to get unstuck and have joy and “connection” that our former therapist tried to get us to embrace but that we didn’t understand how to get to. It has helped me as someone who feels betrayed to guide my support system to know that I am going to work on me and that I’m not his sponsor, his pastor, or his shame partner. I am his wife who is scared and confused and sad. I get to feel what I feel without being labeled “crazy”, I’m just triggered. Because of this podcast I have a plan for how to care for myself: therapy, exercise, scriptures, and self improvement. And I’m reaching for goals that I’ve ignored for too many years: school, volunteering, marathon, working. I’m unleashed!

Each time I listen, it’s as if you’re reading my mind. We’re always on the same page and it’s reassuring (and awesome) to know there are other humans out there showing up for life, learning, and growing. Gold ✨ And Brannon, you legend.. THANK YOU.
