Charter Right to collective bargaining mushes over
Most days I think this is a pretty good podcast. But the report on Bill 124 had an odd moment. In response to a direct question about why the courts found the Bill unconstitutional, the answer was a mishmash of entitlement and opinions about rights. The correct answer is that collective bargaining rights are guaranteed under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Did the person talking not know that or were they just reluctant to say so, and if so, why?

Calling it "pot week" just shows your stigmatized, uneducated, point of view. It is known as cannabis NOT pot. Such a great podcast! I’m really happy that you guys always try to cover what’s happening around the world. I really appreciated the episode on R. Kelly on Tuesday and the reflexion since the Lifetime documentary which was a great opportunity to discuss further on the topic and the music industry.
