The raptors have been very vocal about rebuilding and that they are eyeing the upcoming draft. It’s been heavily reported. Other American pods have covered it. Despite being a tank team they have been in 6/8 games right up to the end, 2 went to OT. Questionable reffing in favour of Denver cost them 2 wins. This is the most fun a tank team can be.”
