“I absolutely love this podcast. I'm currently half way thru my first pregnancy, and I feel so much more informed and prepared for pregnancy and labor after finding this podcast series. Although I credit this series for teaching me A LOT about so many important topics that I didn't even knew existed previously, I must say that it's helped me the most by helping me gain confidence and trust in myself, my body, and the natural process of labor. Ever since I was a very young girl, I've wanted to be a mother, however I've always been absolutely terrified of labor. My mother had a difficult birth experience with me, and I only heard of negative experiences from others as I grew up. However, this podcast, along with other amazing resources I've found via the podcast, has helped me realize how amazing nature and my body is. I've done a complete 180 in terms of how I view labor, and I am now actually excited for the birth process!!”Read full review »
