It successfully uses a casual, conversational structure to deliver real insights into individual books, genres, literary prizes and the social context of the books they discuss. The interviews with other podcasters and "friends of the podcast" are one of my favourite parts. It's great that the hosts often have very different tastes and perspectives on the books and topics discussed.
