Eye and heart opening
I am so grateful to have found Laura Yates podcasts. With each one I've learned so much. More than any therapy I've had. Wondered if therapy doesn't work, am I just not able to seek what I need? Am I "unhelpable"? Lol Her guests she has on all have new and relatable ideas, thoughts, topics. There are a few I actually have listened to 3-4 times per day. Sometimes when you're just so down, you can't just call up your therapist for a quick pick me up and I've tired out my friends or embarrassed to admit I'm still in pain over some jerk. I put my ear buds in, hit play and even if just for 5 minutes at a time, she really helps. She comes across genuine and shares her experiences so I don't feel like I'm the only one feeling this way. I highly recommend Let's Talk Heartbreak. PS - she has a couple solo podcasts that are just as interesting and helpful as when she has guests on ❤️Read full review »
