“Melanie Reid is an arrogant, judgemental hack who is utterly devoid of empathy & sensitivity. I am surprised anyone agreed to speak to her, especially the grieving father (whom she claimed “hassled” her into looking into this gross miscarriage of justice) & his friend. She displays a gobsmacking lack of journalistic objectivity & neutrality, & it was painful to listen to the disrespectful way she spoke to them. Appalling”
