“I've only been tuning into these podcasts since the new year but am a keen consumer already of the joy that comes from being able to listen as many times as necessary for comprehending the big picture. My title "political dynamite" refers to the recent one dealing with local government funding, brilliant but also deeply worrying/frustrating with the analysis and conclusions that things COULD be different/fixed but there is no political will to address the mess and reform the system.
I felt perhaps there may have been a need to introduce balance to the picture presented, perhaps party political representatives: but then I remembered the rubric that contributors should "know what they're on about" and that might narrow the field a bit... But dig out some that have proved themselves over the years and submit their utterances to robust expert cross questioning and there can be the dual outcome of both us and the people in power getting the briefing all of us need. And if enough of us care enough about what you reveal, you might spark off several campaigns.”Read full review »
