Sadly Disappointing
I have been listening to beer and brewing podcasts for a decade now, and started hearing a lot about these guys. Finally decided to give several shows a listen, and I was surprised at the amount of well-known information in the brewing industry, in print and otherwise, that they dismissed, or more often, are completely ignorant about. When you masquerade as a very science-based show, so many brewers learning will take your word as gospel, even when there are so many holes in your content too often. Yes, a lot of things that are extremely important to a professional brewer is inconsequential to homebrewers, but we have to keep in mind how many people homebrewers become professional brewers. And for reference, it was oxygen in beer was the last straw. The Brewing Network, Beer Smith, Experimental Brewing, and MBAA podcasts will do you SO much better. I wanted to really like this show, but spend too much time yelling at my speakers.

I have really been enjoying the brulosophy podcast. I have been following the blog and exbeeriments for a couple years and it is great to hear the guys discuss and review some of the past articles. Really glad they are producing more often for 2018! Keep up the good work!

Among all the different brewing podcasts, by far my favourite! Not too many ads, not too much verbal diarrhoea... perfect dosage of experiences, stats, results and infos delivered by my kind of beer geeks! A must listen for anyone in the hobby or looking to get into the craft!! Thanks guys!
