“Buck Sexton is quite simply one of the most, if not the most intelligent and well-spoken conservative commentators on the political scene today. This show offers a level of content and discussion that you really don't get elsewhere, except for maybe Ben Shapiro, another favored podcaster. If you're looking for the type of anger-inducing rhetoric and emotional catharsis you might get from other shows, this isn't the show for you. There is no screaming and shouting on this show, no over the top bombast or hyperbole, no petty name calling or disparagement. This is a show for people who enjoy getting in to the weeds on topics and hearing the real facts and figures. This is a show for thinkers who care about policy, care about the real facts and data; not just talking points, generalities, and platitudes.
So what do you get when you listen to Buck Sexton? Maybe he'll talk about the latest politics from an unabashedly conservative standpoint, but with an emphasis on the nuts and bolts of how things work from a Constitutional perspective. Maybe you'll get to hear about 16th century philosophy, or ancient Greek warfare and tactics. Maybe some Enlightenment-era discourse on the nature of human rights or some movie quote from The Big Lebowski or Alien. This show has it all. Buck Sexton, a former CIA intelligence officer, NYPD employee, and life long-conservative, has been there and done that in more places across the globe most can name. He’s walked the walk and now he talks the talk. While his thoughts on economics, history, ethics, and omelet recipes are certainly top-notch, foreign policy is where he really lets his skills shine. He knows more about terrorism, espionage, and foreign policy than any political commentator on the air, screen, or page in the entire nation. Period.”Read full review »
