Episode #10 will entertain the listeners of Wood County, Ohio. Sheriff Wasylyshyn talks about several divisions within his office, as well as multiple special programs overseen by his deputies. The Sheriff details his law enforcement career and professional affiliations with the Buckeye State Sheriffs’ Association and National Sheriffs’ Association. He also clues us in on one of his hobby’s that he enjoys alongside his son.

Episode #9 brings listeners a little closer to the 43+ year career of Sheriff Joe Myers.  He connects with his constituents with a trip down memory lane as he reminisces about his time at the Sheriff’s Office; starting in 1981.  Sheriff Myers is a graduate of the FBI’s National Academy and he is set to retire at the end of this term.

On the 8th episode of the BSSA podcast, you will hear Sheriff Hutchinson break down a 46+ year career in law enforcement.  All but two years of his remarkable career were spent donning the Ohio Sheriffs 5-point star.  The Sheriff says he’s looking forward to retirement at the completion of this third term as Wayne County Sheriff. Lastly, we will hear Sheriff Hutchinson speak on several changes he has seen in law enforcement over the past four decades.
