“I've been plotting my escape to Europe for a few years now, and one of the main reasons for postponement was budget concerns. Yet, I am constantly searching websites, blogs, etc. to fuel my traveling addiction. Jackie's podcast, so far, provides some really great tips. The last podcast was especially timely since I've been traveling to participate in races. Eating healthy is a must until after the marathon or half marathon (when it's finally ok to gorge on the local cuisine - because you're refueling, of course...yeah that's why!).
