i relisten at least twice a year
I love almost everything qcode does and this is one of my top five. The season 1 finale was such an unexpected turn and so moving. It really leaned into the power of storytelling and world building that takes place in fiction podcasts. The first time i listened to the first eps of s2, i was silently weeping doing stock work, grappling with all the things stolen from black and brown people on American soil, in the name of greed and “because i can.” Everyone involved in this is very good at their jobs and I’m really proud of y'all.Read full review »

The story is spooky and fun, and the sound effects with my EarPods in have me jumping away from bushes and a whole lotta nothing as I walk through my neighborhood. The cast is great, and the episodes fly.

People giving this a one star because they don’t want to pay need to pay more attention. It’s a weekly podcast and only requires a subscription if you want to hear in advance. Stop giving these amazing podcast poor rating for your ignorance
