“I was intrigued by the premise of this show (and also initially thought it would be directly related to Lovecraft’s work) and it started off pretty well. But frankly after the second season, it ventures into something else entirely; too complicated to follow and far too many characters. The mix with the supernatural and science fiction is usually a tricky area to navigate. Unfortunately it couldn’t hold my interest…”
