St Joseph
I'm a big fan of the show, I look forward to listening every Friday morning when the podcast comes out. My faith has grown some much because of this show. I'm trying to be a husband according to Ephesians 5 (my favorite bible verse), I bless my children every night, I've searched out and found men's groups to help me grow, I'm wearing a brown scapular, and I've even started drinking scotch just because of the show. I've wanted to write a review for a long time but wasn't sure what to write. But this last episode "Father/Son Relationship" really hit home for me, particularly Adam's reflection on St Joseph. I have two sons Edward, 14 months old, and Joseph (of course after St Joseph) was just born yesterday. When my son Edward was 9 months old he spent 4 weeks in an ICU fighting for is life. And right now my son Joseph, who was born a month early, is in the NICU. Adam's point about how it had to be hard for St Joseph to know that his family was going to suffer and there was nothing that he could do about it, connected me to St Joseph like never before. There is nothing worse then watching your child in a hospital bed hooked up to all sorts of things and knowing there is nothing you can do about it. I would do almost anything to put myself in their place. I struggled with that so much but hearing Adam talking about St Joseph made me realize I can unite my suffering with St Joseph and do it with him by my side. Thank you for the most manly show ever. If you guys ever come to Wisconsin I can show you lots of good beers. #CheersToJesusRead full review »

More reviews of The Catholic Man Show
I just enjoyed the latest episode, an interview with “The Bible Geek,”—Mark Hart. The theme of the show is about trying to live a Catholic life in a secular world. It is insightful and engaging on every level. I wish you continuing success, Adam and David!

Just caught up with every episode of TCMS over Christmas break. I love the show and the uniquely masculine perspectives of the hosts. As guy who enjoys high levels of manliness and discussion of faith and teachings, this show is worth the listen. It's refreshing to hear in a world where...Read full review »
