The doctor is in!
I’ve struggled with depression and anxiety for years, and I’ve gone in and out of severe depression during that time period. Can you explain what happens to the brain when someone is experiencing severe levels of depression? My best way of it explaining it is that it feels my brain is against me and that it hurts (different than a headache or migraine). Thank you for the pod! Say hi to Bear for me! Best, Danielle
