I have a Russian friend who was assigned to go into the area after the disaster to test the results of continuing radiation on the populations that were moved away - just not far enough away, as it turns out. So they decided to simply study them. And she nor her team were allowed to tell them the truth of what they knew. She was MD at the time. Her stories are terrifying. She now resides in the United States.

Peter Sagal could read me the phone book...but this podcast is still good. It doesn’t even have to be!
