Having just read Sergio Plokhy book about Chernobyl l thought l would listen to this podcast. It’s just brilliant listening to the discussion. Would throughly recommend this podcast, l love the fact they talk about the Show and what was fact in the show and what was not. Very original.

The HBO show is flawless. I remember not exactly understanding what was going on as a child. This was such a treat.

Always listen to this on a train ride or long drive. No matter how many times I listen to this I am always captivated by what the hosts are saying and the true story of Chernobyl.

A fascinating dissection of one of the finest, (imho), TV shows ever filmed. Craig’s knowledge of the original event and honesty of adapting it to the screen is so refreshing. A must listen that sustains multiple visits.

Perfect for a fan of the series. It openes many amazing backstories and is a generally good listen even if you haven’t seen the show yet

If you’ve seen the series, then this podcast is great to listen to! Really gave it some (further) depths.

I love the show so much that I watched it three times, one with my mum. And the IMDb trivial led me here, and I am pleased to learn that the podcast was made in order not to confuse the truth. The podcast provides much valuable insights and I appreciate the efforts and design that were put to the...Read full review »

Being a teenager when it happened, I’ve always wondered what really happened. Now as an adult, I found both the series and podcast so relevant to issues today. Listening to the podcast helped answer many wonderings I had after watching the HBO series. Interestingly, my 8 year old son is...Read full review »

The Chernobyl HBO series could not have been better and the same can be said for this podcast. Bravo! My only complaint is that the two had to end and now I need to find something else to fill the void.

Very detailed when describing the sequences in each episode. Very informative, especially being able to provide such insight during a time where everything was being covered up and very easy to follow if you have already watched each episode in the series. Great work overall.

I’ve always been fascinated with Chernobyl and actually visited Pripyat and Chernobyl in 2017. I thought I knew a great deal about how the events of 1986 unfolded, but this podcast and the series really taught me a lot. Great podcast and series!

This is one of the best podcasts I've ever listened to. I haven't watched the HBO/Sky tv show yet but I have seen clips of it on YouTube; I could believe what I was hearing/seeing. I also didn't realise this happened during the Cold War and The Soviet Union. I listen to this podcast...Read full review »

Absolutely brilliant, I would recommend this in a heartbeat, along with the show, to anyone who asked. I hope we eventually get to see some of the deleted scenes some day.

I can’t stand the Peter voice. I heard him on NPR. He was taking jabs at our great president and thinks he is funny. Not funny at all Peter Seagull, go flap your lips elsewhere!
