What a great listen. Strong science basis with easy to adopt practical tips for getting to a better emotional and physical place and enjoying the ‘right types of stress’. I’ll be doing the breathing thing regularly! No spoilers: you’ll need to listen to the podcast to find out for yourselves. Oh and Amanda’s and Tim’s voices are soooo calming.
