When we are all so busy it can be difficult to invest the time in your own development, and a lot of podcasts contain a lot of fluff and ‘banter’ before getting to the good stuff. I have found I have gone back and listened to several of the podcasts a 2nd or 3rd time. The depth of information acts as an incentive to understand and (try to!) adapt behaviour for better well being.
