Have just listened to the one on Burnout and will definitely listen to the other ones too. Amanda shared research-based facts, her own story and some really useful tips - I particularly liked the Physiological sigh - very quick, easy and it works!

When we are all so busy it can be difficult to invest the time in your own development, and a lot of podcasts contain a lot of fluff and ‘banter’ before getting to the good stuff.
