“I’ve only been listening to The Archers for about 15 years, and for most of that I’ve been a solo listener. For the last few years I’ve been listening with my mum and we’ve loved chatting about what the characters are up to, and asking each other “have you listened yet!?” as we’ve been excited to discuss the Ambridge going’s on. Last month my lovely mum died having listened to her last omnibus in the hospice with me a few days before she died. Missing her and having no one to chat with about The Archers, I thought I’d try a pod and I found this one and fell in love. I feel like I’ve found my people and it’s great.
