“First, I must say that the chemistry between the two hosts is excellent. John Rocha and Steve Morris have great knowledge into the films and filmmakers they discuss each Friday. While I am a child of the 80s, and therefore am biased towards films from the 70s 80s and 90s all the way to present day; these guys do dig into class from the 40s through to the 2000s. It has helped me learn more about some of these older films, but my favorite episode are on films covered during the 70s, 80s, 90s or 2000s. I can understand why the classic are explored, but I really think this podcast shines when it discusses films from the 70s on forward. Of course, it is just my opinion and preference. However, there is something for all cinefiles no matter which decade of film you love! Check out this podcast and go back to some of their older episodes on the feed, you won't be disappointed! I really hope these two keep this going for years to come, there is a lot to explore and there's not a podcast quite like this one. I absolutely love it!!”Read full review »
