“The Cipher features top notch voice acting and sound design. The world comes alive thanks to the rich audioscape. My lone criticism is with the story, which escalates very quickly and incorporates almost too many different sci-fi elements. The story of an unbreakable code reveals secret government organizations, which in turn opens up genetic engineering, covert ops, and then suddenly the conspiracy includes ALIENS and ROBOTS.
