Short and informative. Great content for a step by step to healthy and clean living. It’s research based and it’s a guide to make better decisions about the products we use and consume. I love that the host is very balanced with the advice.

I listen to many podcasts in connection with living a more non-toxic, sustainable life. I found this to be the best podcast - succinct, chock full of quality info.
