“I started listening to this great podcast while I was exercising on the treadmill. After a few segments, I switched to listening to it somewhere where I could easily take notes.** As an agile coach, the tips, insights, and even the discussion about technology and tools are quite precious and I wanted to be able to refer back to them and use them in my own consulting.
if you are like me helping people to work together either as a coach or a manager, or even as a coworker.. surely you've met the difficulties of collaborating. Ask yourself: does your energy pick up or drain away as you leave your car, bus, or train, and walk in to your work place? Or, as a remote worker, do you really know those well with whom you are collaborating online? How do you know what they are working on? Do you know how to facilitate your team when some are remote and others are not? Do you know what the best configurations, options, hardware and policies are for remote workers?
Most people in knowledge work actually experience a sense of disconnection and disengagement at work. This podcast is not just about remote collaboration, but about regaining a sense of being a contribution while we are at work, no matter where we are. And it is about creating the conditions such that each person can work at their very best.
From a quality standpoint, this podcast is extremely professionally done, with a great introduction, previews of the coming week, and nice quality of sound. Lisette is a great listener, a great ‘questioneer’, has a great laugh, a wonderful voice, and is extremely gifted at giving interviews.
This is free - why on earth not take a listen! Get yourself geared up for some great tips, increased self awareness, greater appreciation for your teammates, and most importantly more courage to ask for what you need and want to make your work-life better.

**Note: Lisette is helping to solve that issue by writing a book called ‘Collaboration Superpowers’ that will grab the best information from her podcast and package it up for sharing without earbuds.”Read full review »
