“I stumbled across this podcast some time ago. I own a small pest control company. Even though I am not a “contractor” I get tons of value from listening. I recently have had a mind shift as far as pricing and being to cheap. It has only been a couple of weeks since I have decided I am feed up of dealing with the bottom feeders of the world. So far the shift and thinking has been beneficial. My new motto is “we are not going to be anybody's Bug Bi@&ch anymore”. I am anxious to see how this mindset effects our bottoms line.
