Living in the Heart. This is the ask as we walk through the slippery terrain of reality. To be not of the mind but to be anchored in the heart.  It can be a tall order no matter what your level of spiritual mastery.  We explore this turning of the screw into the dark days before Solstice in an attempt to remember the radiance of our light. As systems continue to shake, it is you who holds the keys for presence and stillness. New values are emerging friends as we turn back to what truly matters. Inside is also an activation!
