Just found this and it has quickly provided a ton of value. I recommend the episode What Is Cognitive Dissonence. I have never had to rewind and relisten to any podcast episode so much. I learned a lot about myself and my relationships and plan to process and apply the tools. I tool so many notes on insights that hit directly at many of my internal challenges. Thank you so much for your work!
