Joanna Penn is the "Tony Robbins" for Creatives!
Joanna Penn's passion for writing permeates the podcast. She features interviews where I feel like I'm sitting in the coffee house listening to two old friends chatting about the business of writing. The podcasts are full of great inspiration and information on writing, publishing options as well as book marketing. Listening to the podcast and reading her blog and books has been like getting a graduate degree with a concentration in taking an entrepreneurial approach to the business of writing. Call me a fanboy, but I am a long time listener as well as an owner of most of her non-fiction and fiction books. The many principles she teaches I have applied to my writing. She has greatly enhanced my self-confidence and productivity as a creative. Joanna, you are the "Tony Robbins" for creatives and especially the entrepreneurial author that I am proud to call myself. As we say in Texas, "Ma'am, you're doing real good." Thank you, Miss Joanna. I tip my Stetson to you. Jimmie Aaron Kepler, Dallas, TX USARead full review »

Sweet vibrant Joanna with her othered accent and maternal farewell handles interviews wonderfully; hiding incredulity when needed. Always charming.
