I didn’t know how much I’d learned to repress feelings!
I had chronic back and knee pain that resolved years ago through applying Dr. John Sarno’s work. When it reappeared, I have to admit, I forgot about the emotional component behind chronic pain - most likely though I just didn’t want to feel the emotional pain. I had learned not to. Thank you Nicole for offering such a clear description of the mind/body connection and for sharing through all your work how to journal effectively and get down to the emotional core- for getting real with oneself. I look forward to your podcasts and your strong and empathetic approach. Thank you !
