Next steps after accepting reality ofTMS
After reading Dr. Sarno’s books, I intellectually accepted that I have TMS; however, I did not have a “book cure” and I wasn’t sure what to do next to move toward recovery. I came upon Nicole’s podcast, which has been very helpful, and just plain enjoyable to listen to. I like Nicole’s down to earth style, and her content has been really helpful. I have also just started her book and I plan to take the plunge soon and take her online course. I feel hopeful that Nicole’s strategies will be effective for me.
