It’s literally saving my life !
I am soooo blessed but so freakishly blessed to have learned about TMS and to have found Nicole and her podcast. I am a 28 year old, healthy, fit, active person that was bed ridden and couldn’t stand for more than a min or walk for more than 100meters without wishing to cut of my leg. Luckily for me this was only 3 months ( trust me it felt like 3 years) but being usually a cheerful and positive person, this made me feel soooo depressed and useless and I started losing my last hope I had. Life threw so many things at me and I didn’t understand why.. But now I do, so that I could find this and learn how to heal from my traumas the right way and not keep pushing them away and pretending things are fine. I am really new in my healing and I love listening to the podcast when walking(as my TMS is sciatica) and when going to sleep just so I know my mind will fall into sleep calmed. Your voice is sooo calming and I can feel the love and compassion you have for us all! I hope we can all reach as many ppl as possible and help them heal! The world will be such a different and brighter plan if we can all be more in tuned with out mind💛 All the love to all the ppl listening and considering tuning in. It’s worth it 100000000%! 💛☀️🌻

If you are familiar with Sarno/TMS this will expand on his work with a focus on her JournalSpeak. If you are new to all of this but are...Read full review »

Listening to Nichole has helped me immensely. My neck and shoulder, feet, and hip pain has diminished. I’m a work in progress but this podcast has helped me with the journey toward healing myself and relieving pain.
