Andrew does a great job of promoting the world of cycle touring. The show is down to earth and does not just focus on people who do extreme cycle touring which what I like about the show. Cheers David

As someone who’s longest European cycling trip is 611km, it is inspiring to listen to someone who’s dialed it up so many notches from there. Inspiring podcast! I will definitely be purchasing your book about your 4500km cycle tour around France as soon as it comes out.

Andrew’s passion for seeing the world from the bike has led to him producing a fantastically informative podcast snd website. Also he replies to individual questions sharing his broad knowledge and experience. Highly recommended.

Having cycle toured as a kid in the 80’s, and from from Geneve to Rhodes in 2009, this year (2022) I completed the c2c, north Norfolk coast, a four day tour of Holland, and a 500km charity cycle ride through Malawi, Africa. I plan more trips next year, and a big trip at some point. I’ve got the...Read full review »

A thoroughly enjoyable listen full of insight, tips on where to stop off and stay, and it covers the simple joys of slow travel through the villages and towns on two wheels. It’s become my main reference tool in plotting my first cycling journey into France from Roscoff onwards. Thank you for...Read full review »

I’ve loved listening to the variety of cycling stories and the people that have undertaken the adventures. I started listening to the podcast to give me inspiration during Sydney’s lockdown. I’m now planning my trip to Europe to visit family and taking my bike and panniers with me.

A really enjoyable listen, hosted by a man who knows his onions 🚵🏽‍♂️

I have really enjoyed listening to this podcast all the way from Sydney, where - as my love for cycling has grown during Covid - I’ve dreamt of visiting Europe for a cycle tour once borders are down. Well, we’re going to be able to travel soon (it’s now just funds constraining us!) and I’m very...Read full review »

Just recently discovered Andrew’s podcast whilst planning for John O’Groats to Land’s End solo ride next year. Expands your mind to what can be done out there……on a bike. Great work!! 👍🚴

Our paths crossed one evening at a “Hiker-Biker” site at a California State Park along the Pacific Coast Highway in 2013. He was on his epic around the world tour heading north along the North American coast and I was on an epic journey of my own tracing Highway 101 southward the length of the...Read full review »

Thank you, the Dales episode has me longing for future times when we emerge from the present times. Ps bears are significantly less scary than automobile drivers

I first came across Andrew’s first book “Crossing Europe on a Bike Called Reggie” when planning my first foray in to cycling in Europe. Since then I’ve listened to every podcast. They provide a great variety of topics and guests. The best feature of the podcasts it their ease of listening.

It comes through that Andrew is interested in his guests and has such a wealth of experience and expertise to leverage the topic to go beyond the storytelling genre. For those with interest in all aspects of cycle touring,

I’d read one of Andrew’s books so recognised his name when this popped up in a search, but for those of you who don’t, this is a great podcast covering cycle touring, Andrew’s and invited guest’s experiences. It’s not a detail filled, technically focused pod - more travelogue, advice and...Read full review »

I’ve read and enjoyed all of Andrew’s books, so was curious to hear the podcasts. I’ve been very impressed with the production values, and have found his relaxed style works well for me.
